A very unique hotel, true to its slogan, "feels like home." It's privately run by the owner, yet very well-managed. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, clean rooms and restrooms, friendly staff (the owner even greets guests every morning at breakfast), adequate playground facilities, and delicious food (both breakfast and the restaurant in front), although the breakfast variety is predominantly carbohydrate-heavy.
The downsides are the water heater isn't spontaneous, so it has to be turned on for 2-3 minutes (wasting water, right?), and the pool has mossy corners, but that wasn't a big deal for us because Lembang is cold and we don't like swimming. There's also no elevator, and breakfast is on the third floor, which seems a bit difficult for seniors.
Overall, I really liked it. I will keep the good memories and feelings here with my little boy and our family. A comfortable and beautiful place to get away. Keep up the good work. Best of luck.
