Great ambiance... Always to be my favorite place when I stay at Lembang

Very impressive, fresh air, natural surroundings, homey atmosphere, warm atmosphere, and beautiful interior... I will come back again.

Highly recommended hotel in Lembang with a serene ambience and beautiful architectural design; it feels like living in Europe.

A very unique hotel, true to its slogan, "feels like home." It's privately run by the owner, yet very well-managed. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, clean rooms and restrooms, friendly staff (the owner even greets guests every morning at breakfast), adequate playground facilities, and delicious food (both breakfast and the restaurant in front), although the breakfast variety is predominantly carbohydrate-heavy. The downsides are the water heater isn't spontaneous, so it has to be turned on for 2-3 minutes (wasting water, right?), and the pool has mossy corners, but that wasn't a big deal for us because Lembang is cold and we don't like swimming. There's also no elevator, and breakfast is on the third floor, which seems a bit difficult for seniors. Overall, I really liked it. I will keep the good memories and feelings here with my little boy and our family. A comfortable and beautiful place to get away. Keep up the good work. Best of luck.

The first impression upon entering the room was that it was clean and tidy. The interior was cute and very Instagrammable. The amenities were quite complete, including a hairdryer and a small refrigerator. There's no air conditioning, but the room was quite cool thanks to the pine trees and fresh air in front of the room. The windows can also be opened for fresh air. The oxtail soup and kampung fried rice are definitely worth trying; highly recommended. The service was excellent and friendly. It's a shame I forgot to take photos of the cute restaurant area. Oh, and the breakfast was also complete and delicious. I'll definitely come back if I ever visit Bandung again :)

It's been my 6th time staying at Sandalwood. Highly recommended for a family trip.

Hot water for bathing is not hot

I have stayed at Sandalwood several times and in my opinion they are the best hotel in Lembang.

The room is very spacious, clean, the furniture is a bit old but well maintained. The key is still manual. This place is suitable for healing or those who need a calm atmosphere. Breakfast is standard, but the taste is so-so. It's a bit difficult to find food here, especially at night, there are no restaurants nearby, so we had dinner. At the restaurant, the menu is limited, the taste is so-so

Easy access to the location, lots of pine trees, lots of photo spots, attractive hotel decor, delicious breakfast, lots of choices.
