The hotel is easy to find and has good service. The only downside is the limited parking, which is especially limited when there's a wedding on the first floor. If you're planning to stay overnight, I recommend staying away from rooms facing Jalan Kebun Raya Bogor. It's very noisy during bedtime, especially with the sound of motorbikes making it difficult to sleep. A room facing the road is better.

This hotel seems to be declining in quality. With its strategic location in the heart of Bogor, it should be able to improve its room quality and service due to high occupancy. The following points need to be addressed: 1. Inside the rooms, even when the doors are closed, there's still noise from other guests opening and closing doors. This is especially true in rooms next to the emergency exit, where the noise is particularly significant. 2. Much of the furniture is aging. 3. The TV is small, even though it's a smart TV. 4. The breakfast menu is lacking in variety. 5. The elevator is noisy, likely due to the air conditioning. This hotel should be able to improve, given its prime location.

I've stayed here twice, always satisfied, everything is ok, from check in to check out there were no problems for me.

The location is very close to the Botanical Gardens and Sempur Field, perfect for staying with kids. The swimming pool on the second floor is out of the sun so it's not hot if you want to swim during the day, the downside is that the water is always cold. The playground and movie room are pretty good for that class... It's fun for a short staycation in Bogor considering our house is in Depok. Totally worth it! 👍

Quick staff response when the water in the bathroom is dirty

The towels need to be updated. The toilets could use some freshener to neutralize the odor. The breakfast menu is quite extensive.

Parking is tight during peak season, and parking must be done by valet.

The breakfast is delicious, but there is not enough variety.

Centrally located in the city center in front of the Botanical Gardens. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I booked a deluxe room and received a free upgrade to a grand deluxe room. The facilities are complete, including a gym, kids' area, free karaoke, and an indoor pool. Breakfast was also delicious. However, I was uncomfortable in room 333, as it felt damp. The hotel staff immediately provided aromatherapy to make it more comfortable. However, for some reason, my husband, my child, and I were still uncomfortable and couldn't sleep all night in the room. The service was very satisfactory. However, for some reason, we didn't experience the comfort of the room.
