My first time at this hotel was very memorable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would only have a small suggestion for the receptionist: they could be more responsive and friendly to new guests. When we arrived, we went straight to the check-in desk, but the receptionist didn't respond immediately. I understand, perhaps she was tired because it was the weekend. Overall, it was great! Security and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

There was no one there when I went swimming, but there was an event going on. Just because I wanted to swim, it felt like a private pool 🤭 I want to go back again.

Okay, fun. The food is decent, but the room isn't soundproof enough for a good night's rest since it's right next to a major road. Overall, it's okay.

The staff was friendly and also responded quickly. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from Bogor station. The room was spacious and the facilities were fine. I had a problem where one of the rooms I rented had an issue with the AC, and the phone was dead or something because we couldn't call the receptionist. The AC in the other room was also leaking. But overall, it was a great staycation. They seem to have activities for children during the weekend.

I've been wanting to stay here since school. And now I've finally gotten around to it with my family. I think I'll want to stay here again. It's comfortable, but it's noisy at night with traffic.

I wouldn’t say this hotel is bad overall, because out of the 4 rooms I booked, only my room had a bad experience — unfortunately, for 2 nights in a row. The first night, the AC in my room started leaking heavily at around 2:30 AM. Not just a few drops — the room was wet enough that I had to change rooms at 5 AM. So I basically had to deal with the issue in the middle of the night and relocate after barely getting any sleep. The following night, at around 11 PM, I got locked out of my room for about an hour. At first, it was assumed that my key card was the problem, so I had to go back and forth to the reception three times to have the card fixed. Eventually, it turned out that the actual problem was the room lock itself. The situation got to the point where the engineering team had to force their way into the room through the balcony window. Even after parts of the lock were replaced, the door could still be opened from the outside, which was honestly quite concerning from a security perspective. That said, the room itself is spacious, and the location is great. Suryakencana is also within walking distance, which is definitely a plus. So I wouldn’t necessarily say the hotel is bad. Maybe I was just unlucky with my room, but having two major issues on two consecutive nights definitely made my stay quite unpleasant.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful view of Mount Salak. It's located in the heart of Bogor, a bustling food court. It's also close to the mall. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Next time we go to Bogor, we want to stay here again 🙂🖐🏻👍🏻

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, strategic location and city center.

Just a few suggestions for future improvements: 1. The drinking water in the room is in refillable glass bottles (no water bottles). There should be a dispenser for guests to refill when they need water, but there isn't one, and you have to go around all the floors. 2. When paying for coffee at the restaurant, you don't use QRIS; cash isn't accepted; only bank transfers or debit cards are accepted. These days, using QRIS is incredibly easy. 3. The interconnection telephone in the room is no longer working properly. It may seem trivial, but it's very annoying because you can't even call the front desk or ask for a drink. But otherwise, everything is fine, including the friendliness of the hotel staff. Hopefully, this hotel will improve, as it's a great hotel and has a great location.

The city center is close to everything, great.

A hotel in the city center, close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. The hotel looks old, but the building is well-maintained. The AC is cold, and there is hot water. The hotel towels are a bit worn, but they don't smell. The TV in the hotel room stopped working for a while, and I had to call a technician, but it was still difficult to operate because it uses its own system. I happened to get parking in front of the hotel, so I didn't have to park in the basement. The hotel is close to Jalan Surya Kencana, so I can walk in the morning for culinary delights. If I go to Bogor, I want to stay here again.
