Great experience with the hotel and good ambiance

The hotel was okay, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was only 8 a.m., but the menu was already sold out. Even the egg omelet wasn't ready, even though the restaurant was open until 10 a.m.

The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were very easy, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The views from the pool and restaurant were beautiful, directly overlooking the mountains.

The view of the swimming pool is good even though it seems narrow, maybe in the future it can be improved, then the remote in the room should be complete with the TV remote and the Android TV Box remote, so that you don't have to call the technician repeatedly, the staff is friendly and the food is okay.

This is probably because it was so crowded, the cleanliness was rushed, so maybe the maximum cleaning time for checking out was after 3 pm and the hotel is an old hotel, the windows were dusty.

The children's pool isn't separate, just separated by a divider. Breakfast is varied. The rooms are very spacious.

when checking in the staff at the reception were friendly & the process was easy, as soon as I informed that I wanted to cancel 1 night because my husband had an urgent need, one of the staff immediately showed an unfriendly face, especially the woman who was wearing batik instead of the hotel uniform/black (check in on Friday for 2 nights Friday-Sunday) & I received an email from Traveloka but did not get approval from the hotel for the 1 night cancellation) yes, my husband was forced to go back and forth from Jakarta to Bogor on Saturday, for breakfast it was quite varied but for the side dishes at the buffet it was more dominated by fast food (nuggets, dragon's feet, fried chicken with flour & Singaporean otak otak) for snacks there was only 1 type, the salad was not fresh for the price of 150 thousand per pax it was not worth it, the swimming pool was quite small & what I liked was the staff at the Kipping House were kind, friendly & polite, the view from the room was nice, coincidentally the AC in my room was an old-fashioned AC but quite cold, maybe I would think twice if I wanted to stay here again.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, right on the main road. However, at night, the sound of vehicles is very loud and can be clearly heard. The hotel is located on a one-way road, so if you want to go nearby by car, you have to turn around towards the botanical gardens. The room was okay, spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was very cold. Breakfast was not very varied. The swimming pool seemed a bit unclean. The staff were friendly and responsive.
