when checking in the staff at the reception were friendly & the process was easy, as soon as I informed that I wanted to cancel 1 night because my husband had an urgent need, one of the staff immediately showed an unfriendly face, especially the woman who was wearing batik instead of the hotel uniform/black (check in on Friday for 2 nights Friday-Sunday) & I received an email from Traveloka but did not get approval from the hotel for the 1 night cancellation) yes, my husband was forced to go back and forth from Jakarta to Bogor on Saturday, for breakfast it was quite varied but for the side dishes at the buffet it was more dominated by fast food (nuggets, dragon's feet, fried chicken with flour & Singaporean otak otak) for snacks there was only 1 type, the salad was not fresh for the price of 150 thousand per pax it was not worth it, the swimming pool was quite small & what I liked was the staff at the Kipping House were kind, friendly & polite, the view from the room was nice, coincidentally the AC in my room was an old-fashioned AC but quite cold, maybe I would think twice if I wanted to stay here again.
