The road to the resort is quite steep and quiet, from the lobby to the room you have to walk quite uphill, the towels provided are full of holes even though they were immediately replaced after complaints, the lights went out from 4 pm to 8 pm, no lighting was provided by the hotel, no generator, no flashlight, just left like that until finally deciding to move to another accommodation at 7 pm, after moving, they were offered another stay because the lights were on but they were rude while laughing, the hospitality was very lacking, there was no compensation at all, ordered a package meal with rice but the rice was not given, the bill also had a menu that was not written, a bad experience staying here, the swimming pool was still okay, only the shower room was dirty and full of trash.

Stayed here when passing through Cianjur.
The location is on a small rural road and quite remote surrounded by city forests and rice fields.
This hotel may have had very complete facilities, especially the swimming pool area. But maybe because there were few visitors, the maintenance of the rooms and facilities was not good.
The room was still not ready when we arrived, the condition of the room floor and bathroom was not clean.
But we really appreciate the efforts and friendliness of the hotel staff who tried their best to meet our needs.
The children's play pool is still very good, it seems to be open to the public too.
For breakfast, because maybe there were few hotel guests (only us it seems), it was prepared impromptu with a limited breakfast menu. But once again, thank you very much to the hotel staff who tried to meet our requests even though they were limited. The fried rice and fried noodles were delicious.
Hopefully the place will be crowded again so that it can provide better maintained facilities.

Very bad, my reasons:
1. Far access from the main road
2. When checking in the unit was not ready (the floor was still wet, the TV was not available, all.), even though I arrived at the location at 16.30
3. The environment is very poorly maintained (lots of wild Panamanians growing, bushes, etc.)
4. Food is not available in the form of a buffet like in general, so you can't choose
5. The price is too high for a class of lodging like that
6. The staff on duty can't make decisions, in the end, you know yourself, the guest has to accept what is (not according to what is seen on the application
7. Dirty, filthy pool (lots of statues, other ornaments are not maintained)
8. Amit2 coming to this location again, so... for those who want to book here, think again, there are still many locations around Cozy Cianjur/Cipanas.

The room did not match the photo, there were lots of cockroaches, it smelled bad, there was no drinking water, only a kettle and glasses were given.

The bed was very dirty with lots of sand, it was too far to walk because cars couldn't enter the inn, there were lots of mosquitoes too and it seemed like the room needed renovation and the surrounding area so that it wasn't so haunted and the swimming pool water needed to be cleaned more often, sorry I made this so that there would be changes and so that in the future guests would be more comfortable staying there.

Actually the resort atmosphere is nice, calm, beautiful but unfortunately it is not well maintained, the bathroom smells because there is seepage from the toilet seat so if you flash it comes out from the gap below. If you still want to stay there, I suggest taking a superior room because the location is next to the car park. The staff service is friendly, the receptionists are beautiful.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the cleanliness is lacking in the room, there are several wasp nests but they are not cleaned, the kettle lid is also broken, some of the floors are also rotten, this needs more maintenance even though the place and area are already good. Pets are also not well maintained, such as the deer pen is not maintained and the rabbits are also hungry. Why do the street lights to the bamboo go out at 8 o'clock even though the surrounding forest makes it difficult to get back to the room from outside. Breakfast also arrives at 8 o'clock, many of which have been finished.

Mungkin staf terlalu sedikit dan tidak persiapan libur lebaran. Pelayanan lama. Check in lama. Keset, handuk belum tersedia. Wifi bermasalah. Resto lama dan cancel makanan sepihak tanpa konfirmasi. Parkiran tipe family kurang. Staf ramah.

Sebagai tamu saya sangat kecewa dengan fasilitas hotel yang banyak sekali kekurangan nya, mulai dari tv yang rusak. Kamar yang tidak bersih dan sarapan nya juga sangat buruk kolam anak-anak kotor!
