Stayed here for 4 days, checked in at night without any problems, got a connecting room next to it, and the room next to it was vaping, I reported it to the hotel, but even after being reprimanded, it got worse, finally I was offered an upgrade, after moving there was no problem, the location is also close to delicious places to eat, just a short walk away, if I go to Bogor I think I will come back to stay here 😊

Only the atmosphere is a bit scary because you can stay in an old building on the 5th floor... Breakfast is varied & delicious... Parking is not strategic.

Yes, the facilities are adequate: there's a gym, a swimming pool, and breakfast is adequate. However, we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. I don't know what the front desk staff was doing, even though we were the only ones checking in. Please pay more attention to the check-in service.

The location is excellent, close to the city center and convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. However, my room had a connecting door, and soundproofing was poor. Noise from the neighboring room was clearly audible, which affected the overall experience. The WiFi was reliable enough for basic use, and the staff were generally friendly, though not particularly standout. One minor inconvenience was that the hotel does not offer any drinks once the café closes at 10 PM. As a result, many guests, including myself, had to rely on food delivery services late at night.

Feedback: 1. The bath towels need replacing as they are no longer suitable for a 4-star hotel. 2. The bathroom door is peeling. 3. A refrigerator seems like a must for modern hotels. 4. The light near the window is out. I complained and was told they don't have any in stock. 5. The fitness center is very limited, and there's only one treadmill. That's all the feedback. The room needs to be upgraded because the feel is old, the carpet is not clean, the bathroom water is also cloudy, maybe because the room is in the old tower, the lobby area is good and clean.

I really enjoyed my staycation here with my family. It was comfortable, all the staff were very friendly, the room was cool, the food was quite delicious and varied. My child's water bottle was left in the restaurant, and the staff quickly found it. I will return here again for a family staycation because the location is very strategic in the city center and it was easy to get snacks outside the hotel. The hotel fulfilled all my special requests. I was very impressed. Best regards from me and my family.

I was given the room at the end, but it didn't matter because it had a balcony view. The shower leaked. The AC needed maintenance to be cooler. I only got a pair of sandals. The trash can wasn't lined with plastic. There was no refrigerator or safety deposit box.

The hotel is located in an old government housing complex, so it has a villa-like vibe. In front of the hotel there is a Kedai Kita restaurant but I didn't get to try it because of the waiting list. Not far from the hotel is Taman Kencana, there are lots of cheap culinary options. Behind the hotel are Genki sushi, Pizza Marzano, Family Mart, Nasi Tempong Negoro, Chocomory Pie. The hotel location is convenient for walking to culinary spots. The staff are all friendly. The room is also comfortable. But the water heater doesn't work at night and in the morning. The pool area is also comfortable but last night it smelled really bad of chlorine. Overall, I like it. The funny part is that I got a room on the 2nd floor, after taking the elevator, it turned out my room number had to go down the stairs again.

The Mirah, clean room, smells good, good facility, beautiful room. Food good, delicious cake and pastry. Too bad, spaghetti terlalu pedas for kids. Lontong sayur, sayurnya kurang matang, labu masih keras, but rendang is good. Overall nice to stay there but the food must be upgraded.
