The bathroom door was moldy, and all the water points in the bathroom were leaking thick brown water at the beginning, and cockroaches were coming out. The most intolerable thing was that I had finished a meeting and was praying. Housekeeping called no more than three times. Just as I was about to respond (I had just finished the last rakaat), housekeeping suddenly came into the room. Normally, the receptionist calls to confirm whether they want to extend or cancel. The receptionist hadn't called yet, so you just went into the room. Are you that polite? DON'T USE THE 12 PM HOTEL RULE EXCUSE. I was a CI and entered the room around 2:30 AM. I had already informed them that I would be late because I had an online meeting at 12:15. IF THERE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BE LATE, WHY WASN'T THEN INFORMED? As another insight, the receptionist's manners during the check-in time reminder should also be taken into consideration. POLITE IS A MUST!

The location of the hotel is very strategic, the atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and pleasant. Ample parking, good service, some facilities are incomplete, such as no refrigerator in the room and the sheets and pillowcases are a bit less fresh. Overall, it's good and okay.
