My three-day stay here was very comfortable. It's conveniently located near the station and has plenty of public transportation. Overall, it's a great hotel, highly recommended. The only downside is the lack of shampoo and laundry facilities.

The towels smelled, and they were no longer up to hotel standards. The toilet mat was whiter than the towels, and it smelled. I only stayed here once. The location is strategic, but the facilities need to be improved. There's only one slipper, even though the room accommodates two people. What's the concept? There's no hair dryer. It's a truly strange hotel.

The room was actually fine, but I was disappointed when I first arrived on the 22nd to check in. The staff thought I was more than two people just because I brought a lot of luggage, even though it was actually snacks. I was told I couldn't roll down the mattress and would be fined if I had more than two people. I was a guest, so why did he speak like a threat? I was tired of checking in, so I didn't argue much. Then, when I got to my room, I was shocked to find underwear in the room, placed on top of the closet. It looked like it belonged to a previous guest, but they hadn't checked it thoroughly. Please improve the service, especially since I checked in during Eid al-Fitr, when hotel rates are higher, but the service I received was poor. I still remember the person I checked in with at 7 p.m.

Highly recommended, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again.

The hotel is as described in the app, quite nice and clean, the staff are friendly, 200m to the train station, lots of places to eat, Kartika Sari souvenirs, maintain and continue to improve the service, hopefully it will always be the best in everything.
