The WiFi password can't be used, the cellphone signal is bad, there's only one cellphone plug and it will turn off when the lights are turned off, the AC is cold

for a bedroom with one large bed, but I was given two beds. TV remote's batteries weren't working properly, and also AC wasn't cooling enough. However, the engineering team immediately fixed it and it was fixed . There are also only a plugs in the room (one) and the condition is not good (about to come off),

The room doesn’t smell good and dirty

The hotel has good access, it is on the side of the road and close to the MRT station, but for facilities such as hotel rooms, it is very bad, dirty, musty smell, the sheets are not clean, the bathroom is not clean. The appearance is very different from what is in the application photos. The staff served well, I originally planned to stay 2 days here, but decided to move hotels because it was uncomfortable, maybe only 30 minutes in the room. Even though the staff was very friendly and offered to move rooms and see other alternative rooms, I still chose to move hotels. Even though I lost around 700 thousand.

Day 1 in room 312, the room was clogged, the AC didn't work for a while, and the room smelled of cigarettes. Day 2, I moved to room 310 and it was okay, but it still smelled of cigarettes.

The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room, even though it's needed when the signal is poor. The toilet spray is broken, hopefully it can be fixed.

To be honest, this is like a transit hotel, but it is not well maintained, even though the location is very strategic.

Quite comfortable, close to Blok M, lots of culinary options around the hotel, hopefully it can be even better.

The hotel has a poor wifi signal, and the wifi doesn't reach the room. The TV doesn't have a signal. Even the provider's signal doesn't come through.
