My family and I stayed for two nights. I rented two standard-sized rooms, and they were very spacious. The hotel was quite nice, clean, and the service was friendly. The food was tasty and varied, not bad.

We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM but were able to check in. The hotel staff was friendly, and the lobby was quite large and nice with Christmas decorations. We got a room on the 6th floor with a view of Bandung city. The AC was good, the bed was okay, the TV, shower, and hot water worked well. The hotel is located close to restaurants and the Rumah Mode FO.

Great location, comfortable, clean room, delicious food, well-maintained rooms, and friendly staff. There's a swimming pool, but it's not heated, so don't swim early in the morning because the water is very cold. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in our room didn't work, but the other facilities were okay.

The parking attendants are awesome. Greetings to the night parking attendants. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The AC is really cold, but occasionally the sound of the water pipes can be heard in the room. But overall, it's okay.

The staff are friendly, from security, FL, and the restaurant. The soundproofing in the rooms is a bit lacking. The food is varied and delicious. Parking is limited but always available. The swimming pool water is very cold (understandable, since it's Bandung).
