The hotel was clean, with a clean lobby, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and prompt. Early check-in was possible due to a quicker arrival time. The price was pocket-friendly. Overall, it was great.

Booked a 2-night stay at Travello. Room was old and dirty, not well maintained as advertised. Dust everywhere, rust in appliances, and a moldy smell. AC was not cold at all. It was blowing fan only. Outside air was much colder than inside. Wanted to call the receptionist to ask nicely to change rooms. The phone in the room did not work. Went down to the receptionist to ask for a room change. Was offered a room change, but the AC was still not cold. Offered to change rooms again for 5 times; all the ACs were not cold, all blowing fan only. Couldn’t stand the musty smell and the dust all over; rooms were falling apart. Expected more from what was advertised as a 4-star hotel. Checked out the same night we checked in, asked for a refund for the next day's stay. Staff was not helpful at all, refused to refund or offer any kind of compensation. Did not recommend staying here ever again.

The room is comfortable and clean, but unfortunately the TV is not a smart TV.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very satisfying, especially the mattress is very good, the AC is cold, the elevator is fast.

According to hotel standards 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Satisfying.

So far, it's been satisfactory. The service remains excellent even with sudden orders, and everything is quick. The only slight issue is with the TV; you have to be very close to the TV to press the buttons. The remote is loose when pressing the buttons.

Overall great stay. Some opportunities: parking arrangement, glass and kettle cleanness, and breakfast supply (some menu stays empty, no refill). Will still go back and stay there as this is one of the great options. Thank you.
