The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast could still be improved. Perhaps we were staying during the off-season and there were only a few guests, so the breakfast variety and freshness weren't optimal.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel fulfilled the request for a high floor with a mountain view, which offered a great scenery from the room, especially to enjoy the sunset. In the day, the room was so hot but cooler afterward. The restaurant staff was so helpful; they have a lot of menu options, but they should increase the tastiness of the menu. The parking staff was so helpful. The parking area is in the basement of the hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay.

It was a great experience. Our family had a clean, spacious, and airy room with a connecting room. The food was authentic local cuisine, and the price was commensurate with the overall amenities and comfort. The pool wasn't very large, but it was enough for kids. Parking was ample, and the parking attendants were quick to direct us. 👍🏻 The staff were all friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thank you 🙏🏼👍🏻
