The location is good. The accessibility is good too. The room is old fashioned but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed here many times.

The room was damp. There was a lot of standing water in the bathroom, under the sink, and on the counter. The bathroom wouldn't dry out.

The hotel is strategically located near Poncol Station. Coincidentally or otherwise, the room I booked was clean, but there were so many cockroaches. 😭😭 Hopefully, the hotel can get rid of the cockroaches. Poor guests who are afraid of them. Thank you 🙏

Clean hotel, friendly staff, close to city center.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke when I first entered, but when the AC was on there was no smell, but when the AC was turned off the smell would come back. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, the hot water was sufficient... just warm. The TV was still analog. The room was clean enough, but the AC was in need of cleaning. I still give it five stars to support the hotel and to be able to improve things that are stated in the suggestions and criticisms of consumers.
