Everything was good, I only stayed one night for an event near the hotel and it saved me quite a bit of budget and time for going back and forth to the venue.

The staff is friendly, and it's a must-stay if you have business in East Surabaya. The downside is that this 1-star hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the room keys are standard. Otherwise, it's quite clean, and the hot water works perfectly.

I don't need to tell you, the point is I am satisfied with all the facilities and services there.

If you go to Surabaya, Hotel Feliz is the best choice because of its low cost and adequate facilities, as well as being reliable and safe.
