Initially, many people reported horror stories about this hotel. Overall, it was great, and I enjoyed my three-night stay with my wife without any issues. The great thing about it being in the city center is that check-in can be expedited by an hour, as the Jayabaya train arrives around 12 noon.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was filthy, and the mattress was so infested with bedbugs that my child developed an allergic reaction and developed itchy hives. There were also large cockroaches. I requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. I requested a room on the upper floor, but was given a room on the lower basement floor.
