A very bad experience staying. 1. Wanting to enter the room, the hallway felt scary because of the lack of lighting and it felt deserted. 2. When we entered the room, it was even scarier because we saw white marks on the sheets which probably hadn't been changed. 3. At that time we brought a toddler, automatically changed hotels because our child kept crying (because of the horror atmosphere, probably). I have never reviewed a hotel before, but this was a really bad experience and I hope the hotel management will pay attention to improving its cleanliness.

The hotel staff was friendly and the place was clean. However, it would have been better to have no air freshener, and to check the amenities provided, I noticed there was no drinking water in my room yesterday, even though it clearly stated that it was complimentary.

So far, everything is good, starting from the staff service, the view from the room, the room is also clean. The only note is about the TV facility, the TV cannot be used optimally and the Wi-Fi does not connect to the room, but so far it's recommended for the affordable price.

The lights were dim, not bright at all. The TV was glitchy and had no sound. It wasn't soundproof, so you could hear sounds from the next room. The shower was very small, and there was no water heater. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the room. The AC wasn't cold at all. It was very stuffy. I was disappointed staying there.

We recommend staying here, close to Batu town square or paragliding, and the hotel is very nice, it's on the roadside, but unfortunately it's undergoing renovations so there's a lot of dust.

Friendly staff, good service, close to the city center, but when I went there the hotel was under renovation so it was a bit uncomfortable, because there were a lot of workers, the swimming pool was a bit dirty because of renovations, if I go to Batu again next time I still want to stay here, thank you #kamar107

I stayed here when I got a discount. Unfortunately, they were under renovation, so the pool was dirty, and the elevator wasn't finished yet. Luckily, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was responsive when needed. I'll be back when the hotel renovations are complete.
