friendly staff, everything is okay for transit stay when traveling to the peak

I've been a regular staycationer at this hotel. I've tried various room types. They're all comfortable, the environment is beautiful, and the pool is child-friendly. The beds are soft, the rooms are spacious, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommended. Continued success at Taman Teratai Hotel.

The room service staff is very nice.

Once asked whether there was a water heater or not, the answer was yes, still checked until check-out but we didn't enjoy the water heater, if there isn't one just say so, if for example it can't be fixed just say so, you can imagine how cold the water is, for us it is very cold, the bathroom needs renovation so there is no horror impression, thank you 🙏

The hotel is quite good even though it's old, stayed 3 days 2 nights, asked for a room close by and was given a private villa with a connecting room directly in front of the swimming pool. The bathroom is Balinese style, blending with nature (semi-open). However, perhaps the mattress, sheets, etc. could be improved because in my opinion they smelled a bit of old cloth, but it wasn't too disturbing. Because I stayed on a weekday, breakfast was delivered to the room (fried rice + egg) which was quite delicious. Although this hotel has many gardens, there are not many mosquitoes. The pool is also very clean, my child enjoyed swimming every morning. There is a smart TV but because it doesn't connect to wifi, it can't be used if you want to watch YouTube etc., as a result I stuck to using a personal hotspot. Overall it's quite good, my husband is happy, my child is also happy, the service can be improved further.

My first experience staying at this hotel. Location: Strategically located on the main road. Building: There are 2 hotel areas, area 1 is near the swimming pool, area 2 is near the flower garden + fish pond. Area 1 & area 2 are separated by a wall. Area 2 is the room far from the swimming pool + lobby. The building in area 2 has standard non-AC rooms (3 rooms), ethnic Duluxe twin rooms (4 rooms) & there are several other types of rooms that I don't know the type but the building number is T1-T6. So if you get a room in code T and code P, it is located in area 2. Room: I booked a standard non-AC room, but it turns out it is in area 2. The room is spacious, complete amenities, tea, coffee, sugar, water + electric kettle are complete & can be used. Only the blanket is a bit dirty. There is a desk + work chair, a small table, a cupboard and a sideboard under the TV. The bathroom is clean & not cramped, the water heater works, the sink is in front of the bathroom. The TV only uses a STB, not a smart TV. Because my room is in front of the fish pond, at night I can hear the sound Frog. Service: All staff are friendly and informative. They also handle complaints fairly quickly. When I stayed, there was live music in the evenings and a complimentary coffee break in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was quite tasty. The menu included homemade bread with various jams, chicken porridge, coffee, tea, and water, fried rice, noodles, fried chicken, potato and carrot spring rolls, capcay, pickles, crackers, and fruit. Facilities: Ample parking, and a swimming pool divided into two sections for children and adults. The depth of the children's pool is approximately 60 cm. The pool is clean and the water doesn't sting the eyes. Near the pool are two bathrooms and one shower area. There is a playground area with swings and a seesaw. This hotel is suitable for those who love art and flowers, as it has a Balinese and Javanese artistic feel and plenty of flowers.

The room's ventilation was very dirty, there were no clothes hangers, the bed was dusty, the bathroom was dirty and had cockroaches, and the glasses, electric kettle, and tea set were all dirty. Luckily, the staff was very friendly and check-in was quick.

The hotel staff is friendly, but please improve the bathroom facilities in the room.

Last Saturday night I stayed at Taman Teratai, it turned out to be that comfortable 🥰. That night we got a coffee break, cakes, and boiled coffee, tea, ginger tea... It was really delicious plus there was really cool live music. The next day we had a buffet breakfast, the food was delicious. The room was also comfortable, clean, and the staff were also friendly. If I go to Puncak, I will come back to this hotel because the location is strategic on the side of the main road but it is not noisy, which is close to tourist attractions, the atmosphere is beautiful and the view of the mountains makes you feel at home and don't want to go home hehehe.

Yesterday I was in an executive room near the swimming pool, today I moved to a family room. It's worth the price, the staff are also friendly.

Very satisfying. From the strategic location, the clean swimming pool, and the top-notch service. The convenience store is nearby, and Enchating is just a short walk away. The food is affordable and delicious.

In short, this place is highly recommended... On the edge of the Puncak highway, close to tourist attractions and easy to find if you want to find food.

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was broken and wobbly, making it dangerous to use. For the price of 450 thousand rupiah/night/room for the deluxe type, you get a dirty, spooky room. Very disappointed.
