Awesome... I've stayed here twice

It all started with a friend inviting me to Puncak on a whim. I was looking for a hotel that could accommodate four people, and I chose Taman Teratai Hotel. I swear, I didn't expect it to be this worth it. From the hotel grounds, with its abundance of flowers, swimming pool, and Balinese vibes, to the comfortable and spacious rooms. For breakfast, the chicken porridge was delicious. It was absolutely spot-on... I swear. The negatives were all made up for. Next time I go to Puncak with family or friends, I'll stay here so I don't have to worry about finding a comfortable hotel.

Hopefully it can be better... for the cleanliness of the room.. and hopefully the breakfast menu can be more extensive.. the staff is friendly.. the service is also good.

The location is very strategic, so you can go to many places. The amenities should be replaced, as many of the items are uncomfortable to use.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in time can be earlier, the hotel environment is clean.

The bed needs to be upgraded again and the pillows are also thin, the terrace still has a lot of cigarette butts from previous guests, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned.... luckily I was able to move to an executive room, KLW I wouldn't have been able to sleep.... because the room smelled damp

An affordable hotel with complete facilities, including free breakfast, a swimming pool, water heater, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and more. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and airy.

The price of the place is really good and the cleanliness is just that the children's play area could be improved.

The room wasn't very clean, perhaps because it hadn't been occupied for a while, so it was a bit dusty. The only amenities were soap, no toothpaste or shampoo. Luckily, I always bring my own.

Overall, I'd say 8/10. The cleanliness of the room and toilet is 7.5 because I still noticed a lot of dust in the corner of the room (window). The toilet floor is the same, especially since the toilet floor is like dark stone tiles. When I first entered, I felt like I was stepping on jelly. I thought it was a leech, but it turned out to be just something like wet tissue, but dirty (garbage). The swimming pool is perfect, very clean and comfortable. The children's playground (swings) is a bit dirty, so I don't let my child play on that dirty swing. Breakfast is fried rice + fried egg & sweet tea delivered to the room. Improve this further, please.

A great place for a staycation with family, the restroom is unique, I was really happy staying here, the only thing lacking is the wifi, please improve it and the TV broadcast is not optimal.

From the outside, it looks ordinary, but the rooms are clean and tidy. The garden is filled with beautiful blooming flowers, and the swimming pool is both child-friendly and clean.

A family favorite when visiting Puncak. Although it's on the side of the road, it's very comfortable and not at all noisy. The pool is always clean. The prices are affordable.

First time staying at this hotel, the feel is like Bali, lots of flowers in every hotel, overall it's ok, only the hot water doesn't work well.
