A very pleasant & memorable experience staying at the Aster Batu Hotel with a price of 200 thousand standard room type, but special facilities ... Facilities: Room = Clean room, AC works well, very cold, hot water in the bathroom works & strong flow, 32 inch TV, mineral water, tea, coffee & kettle, amenities towels, toothbrush, soap & shampoo, room size P: 6.5 M x W: 3.5 M and equipped with a front terrace balcony for sitting and relaxing ... Special ... Swimming Pool = There are 2 swimming pools for adults & children, the swimming pool is large and long and the water is clear, fresh. Breakfast Menu: It tastes good and delicious ... Varied menu of pecel rice, fried rice, fried chicken, balado eggs, fried tempeh, corn omelet, peyek, crackers, toast, fruit, tea & coffee. In May, God willing, will stay here again ... :)

Very comfortable and strategic hotel

I'd stay here again if I were in Batu. Highly recommended. The staff, breakfast, atmosphere, and room cleanliness were all great. The only minor drawback is that there's no ashtray on the terrace, so cigarette ash is a bit messy despite my best efforts. In the morning, I expected the terrace to have been swept, but it wasn't. Maybe this could be a tip for me to clean it up more quickly next time. The kids loved it here. The Wi-Fi was also good, with no issues. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were quite complete. However, the TV in my room didn't work, so I requested a queen bed and was given two single beds. The room wasn't soundproof, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant and was also damp. Overall, it was quite good, but there are still some areas for improvement.

Yesterday I got a room in front of the swimming pool, the toilet and sink were a bit blocked, the water took a long time to get in, and the room was a bit stuffy, maybe it was rarely opened.

Stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevator was broken, even though we have parents with physical disabilities. Yes, but luckily we were still able to get the 1st floor. The pool is quite spacious. There are rooms for adults and children. The breakfast was quite good. The hot water was smooth. The AC was cold. The room was quite large. The TV only had local channels. The staff was friendly. Thank you.

Overall, it was okay, but it was a shame we booked two rooms for a family but were given separate rooms, on different floors and in different buildings. A bit disappointed.

The parking attendants are quick to arrange guest vehicles, the staff and receptionist are friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and fragrant, there is a terrace for hanging out, the breakfast is varied and delicious + there is a complete dessert & fruit, there is a swimming pool, cars can be parked in front of the room. There is also hot water + air conditioning, it is cheap + worth it. This hotel is equivalent to 4-star quality.

Booked two rooms with breakfast. Upon check-in, they weren't adjacent, so they were a bit far apart. The room was spacious, but the mountain view wasn't great. The room was still dirty, with tissue paper and a receipt from the previous guest. Cleanliness was very poor. Towels were only distributed upon arrival. There was toilet paper. There wasn't any tissue on the table. The shower water was okay, warm, and flowing smoothly. The bathroom was very clean. For the price, I don't think it can compete with other hotels. I'm considering staying again. The breakfast variety was decent. The elevator was down, so you had to go up and down manually. This was very inconvenient for small children and the elderly. The electricity in the room kept going out repeatedly, but I'm grateful for the staff's responsiveness and speed in resolving the issue.

The car park was close to the room, there was a swimming pool, everything was great, thank you all.. 🙏

The hotel is right on the main road, making it easily accessible and close to tourist attractions. The atmosphere is serene. The best rooms have pool views, overlooking the pool and the mountains. On weekends, there's live music in the restaurant near the pool. Breakfast is decent, including fried rice, noodles, fried chicken, fried egg, and vegetable soup for the main course.

Coincidentally, I ordered it for my son and his younger sibling when we were visiting Pondok Al Izza. He said the hotel was nice and comfortable, even though it was an old hotel, he actually wanted to stay here again.

We stayed for a night with our family and got a standard room that was quite large and clean, with cool air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and ample parking close to our room. The breakfast was quite tasty for a budget-friendly price, and the swimming pool was also quite spacious and clean. We also got red envelopes for snacks for the little ones because it coincided with Chinese New Year. We'll definitely be back next time.
