Mostly everything is comfortable, and the only thing is the Wi-Fi connection in the superior room needs a strong signal connection.

Clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. The swimming pool is spacious and clean.

The restaurant staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Joko, who was very interactive. The room staff were responsive. The receptionist couldn't calculate the cost of an extra bed for three days upon check-out. There was a car repair shop near our room, and the noise was disturbing.

Excellent service, the reception staff and restaurant staff are great. Will stay here again when going to Batu Malang.

The room was okay overall, the view was good, and the pool was a favorite among the kids. Unfortunately, the food wasn't varied at all. There wasn't a variety of water either, just Aqua glasses, like at a party. I've tried various hotels for the same price, but this one didn't offer any variety at all.

The staff service was exceptional. Check-in time was late at night and coincided with Hotel Aster's 25th anniversary, but the staff from security and others were very welcoming and helpful 🫶🏻. The food menu may not have much variety, but it all tasted delicious and the very famous Mr. Joko always explained the menu to all the hotel guests at the beginning 😍. Everything was fine, but unfortunately the elevator was under repair, so we had to take the stairs. The balcony faced a wall, so we couldn't see the view.

A very pleasant & memorable experience staying at the Aster Batu Hotel with a price of 200 thousand standard room type, but special facilities ... Facilities: Room = Clean room, AC works well, very cold, hot water in the bathroom works & strong flow, 32 inch TV, mineral water, tea, coffee & kettle, amenities towels, toothbrush, soap & shampoo, room size P: 6.5 M x W: 3.5 M and equipped with a front terrace balcony for sitting and relaxing ... Special ... Swimming Pool = There are 2 swimming pools for adults & children, the swimming pool is large and long and the water is clear, fresh. Breakfast Menu: It tastes good and delicious ... Varied menu of pecel rice, fried rice, fried chicken, balado eggs, fried tempeh, corn omelet, peyek, crackers, toast, fruit, tea & coffee. In May, God willing, will stay here again ... :)

Very comfortable and strategic hotel

I'd stay here again if I were in Batu. Highly recommended. The staff, breakfast, atmosphere, and room cleanliness were all great. The only minor drawback is that there's no ashtray on the terrace, so cigarette ash is a bit messy despite my best efforts. In the morning, I expected the terrace to have been swept, but it wasn't. Maybe this could be a tip for me to clean it up more quickly next time. The kids loved it here. The Wi-Fi was also good, with no issues. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available in the room.
