Satisfactory service. The staff was responsive to complaints. Incidentally, if there was a problem with the hot water, they immediately upgraded it to another room. Thank you. Having a swimming pool makes the kids happy. However, the food selection is lacking, especially with the additional price of 75,000 IDR per person.

I had a pleasant vacation and stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is cool and not noisy. But there's one thing to consider about this hotel: windows facing the outside should be fitted with mosquito nets, as mosquitoes can still get in. But overall, everything was nice.

The hotel staff was nice. We asked for a change of sheets, etc., and they responded quickly. The view was also great, allowing us to see people paragliding. The pool was clean.

For a cool, refreshing atmosphere, this is the best place in my opinion. You can enjoy the views and paraglide too.

You have to report first before the hot water comes out, the bed smells of telon oil and has lots of semen stains, which shouldn't be there because this is a family hotel... the food for breakfast is also better at a warteg. What makes it nice is the coffee for the welcome drink, and when parking the car and going in and out of the hotel there are people who help give signals... that's all

easy access, behind the room there is a door directly accessing the private car parking, the front door opens the room directly to the pool, mountain, and city views, the breakfast is delicious (superior type 105). minus the TV is not connected to the STB and YouTube/Netflix. will come here again next time.

I've stayed at Seulawah several times. There's a swimming pool, but because it's located high up and cool, the water is quite chilly. The staff was very helpful when I made a complaint. However, it's a shame that the sheets and pillowcases weren't very clean; they might be time for a replacement, as the stains looked old. The wardrobe furniture is also old-fashioned, but the chairs are very comfortable. It's a shame there are only two pillows, and they're very thin. It might be time for a replacement, especially in the superior rooms, which should offer a better experience. I lost something (my fault, not the staff's), and the staff helped me find it, even though it took me a few days to realize it. The service is indeed good. By the way, the location is up a steep incline, so be careful if you're driving less inclined. But the location is nice, away from the noise.

I'm a regular here. It's very convenient, and the food now has a variety of flavors and is delicious. The only thing is, the bathroom needs some cleantex, maybe on the door to prevent limescale buildup.

I've been here several times, and when I go to Batu I always stay at Seulawah Resort, it's cheap, friendly, and clean.

The location is quite good, near the town square and the paragliding view, however, the cleanliness is lacking, because there are some floating leaves and twigs in the pool, the shower is also dirty, the heater often doesn't work, some places are mossy, but with the price, it's understandable, next time maybe I'll come here again
