The customer service was unfriendly and not good. They told me to find my own room. The lighting was so dark it was like a cave, and the food was substandard.

Very satisfied because the service is friendly and very good. The facilities are super good and worth it. Booking a room already includes fitness, swimming pool, and breakfast. The wifi is very smooth, you can watch Korean dramas on TV too. Very very clean 💗💗💗

When I arrived at the hotel, there was not a single officer who greeted me or helped me carry my suitcase, etc., I stopped in front of the lobby then opened the trunk door myself, took out my own things, carried my own things which I definitely had trouble carrying, 1 fairly large suitcase, 1 backpack containing a laptop, and 2 plastic bags of food. At that time, I passed an officer who was going to take other guests to the cottage, but he did not smile or greet me or offer to help me who was having trouble. I carried my things until I reached the front desk, and I complained that no one helped me carry my things. The receptionist apologized, then after completing the check-in process, I was taken to my room by the female receptionist with my things. Hopefully, in the future, Le Dian Hotel will improve its service. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms because guests will not be comfortable with conditions like that.

old tired out cottages should be ether knocked down or refurbished not worth the money there asking.did have a booking for hotel itself but got cancelled for some reason had it for three nights and now im in a old cottage paid more for it very disappointing.

Le Dian is indeed the best. I thought it was just a room. It turns out there is a room for families before going to the main room. The cottages are spacious, like at home. It was a very exciting experience, comfortable, the receptionist was very responsive. It was only 1 day, it should have been 2 days for check-in. Hehe, my son is very happy. The breakfast is varied. Thank you Le Dian. If I go to Serang again, I will definitely stay here ☺☺
