The receptionist apologized, then after completing the check-in process, I was taken to my room by the female receptionist with my things. Hopefully, in the future, Le Dian Hotel will improve its service. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms because guests will not be comfortable with conditions like that.
