Friendly staff and strategic location

It's very pleasant, there are lots of places to eat around the hotel.

During Ramadan, I had work to do in Palembang. I looked for a nearby place to stay. I ended up at Anugerah Hotel. The staff woke me up for suhoor. The menu was basic, but the hotel staff were friendly.

This is not my first time staying at Anugrah Hotel, this time I came to stay there have been many upgrades. The towels are new, the restaurant is comfortable and the food served for breakfast is varied. Check-in and check-out times are also good service, room cleanliness and what is very enthusiastic about staying at this hotel is the environment that is very supportive for us to stay here, there are fast food (McDonald's, and salon) very conveniences. Moreover, it is close to Charitas Hospital and Icon Mall. And no less important, the price is affordable, Good choice.. continue to be successful and always provide the best service for customers. Strategic location next to the main access road, quite convenient for just transit.

Good, but the afternoon receptionist is not very friendly.

The hotel is located in the city center. It's close to everything. There are lots of food stalls next to the hotel, including Pempek Candy. Finding food was easy, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I'll be back again soon.

This hotel is still recommended for those on a low budget while maintaining comfort and cleanliness.

Everything is okay, fun... but it's just not soundproof enough.

My parents received treatment at Charitas Hospital, which is the closest hospital, and there's a wide selection of restaurants. Even dining out is close by. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms clean, and the staff friendly.

Second time staying here.. Back because the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, because of fasting, the pre-dawn meal lacked flavor and variety.
