For the front office, they are good and polite, but the cleaning service was not good. There was blood because I got my period suddenly, and I told them directly. There is blood, and they checked, please calculate how much I pay extra to clean all that, and they put the amount, and I paid. But the cleaning service talked back using their local word, which they think I don’t understand, but actually I do. For some areas, they need to do renovation because it’s old and some broken. Also, there is a small door in my room that keeps open, which is supposed to be closed.

I've stayed here many times before... The last time I stayed here... The AC in the room wasn't cold... And it was a bit dusty... In addition, the wallpaper in the room was torn and looked dirty and ugly... Room 404... Needs to be fixed soon... 🙏

It's overpriced for the price, and even a request for a honeymoon package wasn't offered. The food is mediocre, and the rooms are very basic.

Hotel room was very spacious, bathroom was sorta clean as there (were) small traces of dead bugs, but personally it was negligible. The shower drain may need cleaning as it flooded easily during usage…

The location is very strategic, in the same area as the mall. The breakfast menu is quite varied and the food is quite good. The only annoying thing is the egg corner and instant noodle service; orders for fried noodles and eggs can take up to 30 minutes.

Cleanliness and service are okay, but the equipment is lacking. For example, the mattresses are worn out, and the AC is outdated and very loud even on low speed. My suggestion is to upgrade the room furnishings, starting with the highest-class rooms first, then the lower-class ones.

Great hotel in the middle of SDA city

Wow, this is a really cool room, especially the room that directly faces the mall, the view is really cool, crazy, really cool.

When I stayed in a superior room, yes, the room was good, only the view was lacking.

Dirty room, dead cockroaches, unclean, unkempt... This is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in, the bed had just been unwrapped...

The food is delicious, lots of variety, close to the mall and not noisy even though it is close to the main road.

I've been a regular here, but this time the Wi-Fi was slow. The staff was friendly and kind, very helpful.
