Good service, love vacation in this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

The room is ordinary, the attributes inside are mostly old, the AC is not cold enough, the food and other facilities are okay, there is also a prayer room.

Nice hotel to stay. Hotel location near Sepinggan airport is a pros. Affordable price.

The place is quite close to the airport. There is a delivery facility to the airport, just pay for parking. The TV is only local, and even then it's a bit blurry. The water is rather salty, there is no hot water for bathing. There is a window, but it has a view of the wall and cannot be opened, so no air enters from outside. The furniture is quite old. There is no refrigerator, take your own water from the dispenser. The mukena facilities are pathetic (because they forgot to bring them from home).

Comfortable enough, only the facilities are too standard maybe because the hotel is old. So the interior and bathroom need repair and service.

Kelebihan di sini cuma 1, stafnya sangat ramah. Tapi yang lain minus. Sebenernya hotel ini bisa jadi pilihan dan favorite kalo di revitalisasi. Fasilitas kamar jelek, kamar mandi jelek, lobi jelek, mobil penjemputan jelek kotor. Bantal kempes sekali berasa ga pakai bantal, selimut kasar, tv jadul dan blur, lantai kotor, kamar mandi kotor, sedih kasian karyawannya yang super ramah dan baik.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, in a strategic location near the airport.

When I first entered the room, the AC was difficult to turn on, only the fan worked. After asking for help to the receptionist bag, finally the AC was able to function by painstakingly turning it on. It's getting colder at night but the AC temperature can't be adjusted including it's difficult to turn on/off the AC so it's shivering in the room. The hotel looks like an old fashioned hotel. The hotel rooms are clean, the employees are friendly.

The bathroom is not clean enough.

There is no power plug for the charger near the mattress.

Yellow water, tastes brackish, the bathroom lacks aesthetics, lots of pipes. Cleanliness is ok. Room renovations are needed to make it look cleaner and less scary, and to be able to compete with OYO class hotels which are cheaper and with more or less the same service. Thanks.

Quite satisfied, indeed as previously imagined.

Saya menginap di hotel ini untuk transit selama 4 jam sebelum melanjutkan penerbangan. Tiba di sini sekitar jam 3.30 pagi. Salah satu yang menarik di hotel ini adalah pelayanannya yang sangat ramah. Mulai dari FOnya sampai ke pelayanan kamar, sopirnya pun juga ramah. Kamarnya lumayan bagus untuk harga segitu ya, sudah sangat bersyukur daripada harus tidur di bandara, menunggu jam keberangkatan. Badan menjadi lebih fresh karena tidur lebih nyenyak dan bisa mandi. Ada fasilitas antar ke bandara dan itu gratis. Hotel ini bisa jadi pertimbangan ketika nanti transit lagi di Balikpapan.

Sip lah. Bersih, suasananya nyaman dan tentram. Sedikit tambahan aja, tutup bathtubnya tidak kedap jadi air tidak bisa ketampung.
