The staff are friendly, kind, and polite.

Most of the facilities are damaged and not maintained, the floors of the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the smell of cigarettes is strong, the windows are tied with plastic that cannot be closed properly, and unfortunately, there are remains found in the toilet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The room had air conditioning, but there was ventilation. There were people smoking in the lobby, even though I'd requested a non-smoking room. I later discovered the hotel wasn't, so smoke and noise wafted into the room. At night, loud music could be heard from inside the hotel, like a disco.

All good, just like how it used to be 15 years ago. No water heating though.

Honestly, it's a personal experience, because it was late so I needed a quick place to stay, buying it on the app was cheaper than booking directly, the room was big but the TV was broken (it would turn on by itself when I wanted to check out), the AC was quite cold, there was no water heater, the sink was leaking, the hotel was very spacious, there was a swimming pool, there were shops in front of it but they weren't open 24 hours, it was close to the main road, so it was so-so but not for a long stay.

No bad or hate feelings, but my experience here was truly awful. I can totally accept the building being old, but the toilet wouldn't flush. The sink fell over and broke, making it kind of creepy, but the staff was helpful. Maybe today was just my bad day.

Dim lights, horror atmosphere, no amenities, musty towels, tube TV that doesn't work, dirty curtains, looks like a room that has never been used, very disappointed

Even though the building is old-fashioned, it is no less than new hotels, I have been a regular customer of its facilities and comfort.

The water heater is not hot enough, the mattress needs to be upgraded because it is not comfortable, there is no water heater, the hairdryer is old even though it can still be used

I stayed in a family room with an extra bed. It seems to be an older building, but it's quite clean. The AC is cool, and the bathroom is clean enough, but I'd suggest adding a clothes hanger. The shower water runs smoothly but takes a long time to warm up. The amenities are commensurate with the price. A suggestion for guests is to double-check the room before checking in and spray it with insect repellent, as there are several ants. Amenities are standard for accommodation.

Cheap, friendly staff, comfortable, clean, suitable for smokers, outside or inside the room, but still clean... Awesome..

It's quite good value for money for a location close to the city center.

The staff is friendly. The location is close to the main road. The only downside is that the wifi doesn't work, what's wrong? The TV also doesn't understand the blue color of the screen. But it's okay for me who wants to transit from Jakarta to the lake. Only the wifi is more important. The room is neat, clean and fragrant. If possible, have 2 or 3 hangers for clothes. The air conditioner is cold.
