The bathroom had a bathtub but no curtain, and the shower was small. My son's room, 424, had hot air conditioning. The hotel was large and nice, but poorly maintained and not very clean.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, unfortunately the room was too far from the elevator and the water heater in the bathroom didn't work.

The water was like sewage, coming out black, and the bathtub water was small, the faucet sprayed and was cloudy, and the bathroom was also lacking in cleanliness. The breakfast food was quite good, though there was little variety. The restaurant staff was friendly, but the reception staff in the lobby was lacking.

Great for a family vacation

this is not same hotel as they show in picture ac bocor, bedsheets kotor all about bad experience door lock not working.

I stayed for more than 2 days but asked for breakfast to be delivered to my room. The staff made lots of excuses! They said they were busy, had an event, and couldn't because it was a buffet. After all, I paid for my stay.

Overall very satisfied, since the beginning of 2021 every time I go to Cirebon I definitely stay here, only one PR from the beginning of my stay at this hotel in 2021 until last yesterday, what is the job of the security guard who is on duty at night?? They don't regulate the traffic in and out of the hotel guests even though the road is busy (Saturday night) and don't regulate the parking, their job is just sitting on the motorbike seat while playing with their cellphone, when I parked in the wrong position, I was reprimanded. From there I complained to the receptionist. Hopefully next year when I go to Cirebon there will be changes in security.

The rooms are spacious and suitable for family vacations. The location is in the city center, close to everything, and the staff are friendly.

everything is ok, the room is big, the restaurant also has ok food, yes everything is ok.......the AC is cold, maybe what needs to be improved is the bathroom shower is starting to get clogged so the water that comes out is small and the hot water doesn't come out either or maybe this is because there are a lot of guests so the hot water capacity is not sufficient

when entering the room, still fixing the TV because no broadcasts could be received, so moved rooms. The service and preparation are terrible.

- all staff are very friendly, ask to move to a room with a bathtub and they will help you immediately - clean room, spacious for a standard room type - the bathroom is quite spacious, the water heater works well - the swimming pool is clean, spacious too, child-friendly because there is a children's pool too. Unfortunately the water slide is no longer functioning - the refrigerator works well even though it is a bit dirty - the variety of food is not very diverse 🙏 - the door is a bit difficult to open and close

The room is ok as I ordered. The breakfast is so-so, other facilities are ok. The swimming pool is really big.
