Close to the station - + 5 minutes by car. All the staff are friendly, most importantly kids friendly. Thank you, Lamora sisters✨

1. The photos of the rooms in the app don't match the actual room. They look nice, bright, and inviting, but after my stay, the room was quite dark. The tiles are very slippery when wet, and the pattern is worn. 2. We brought a lot of luggage, but no one offered to help carry it to the room. 3. We brought a baby, and the bed was too high, making it unsafe. 4. This hotel provides a dedicated ironing room. 5. Breakfast is an additional 160,000 Rupiah per person. 6. There is a refrigerator.

The staff was quick and immediately provided instructions when the room's AC leak occurred, but why wasn't it checked first before the guest moved in? But it was resolved properly 😇
