Already feel at home

Stayed for 3 days. Never cleaned, only got drinks on the first day. Soap/shampoo was empty on the first day. On the last day, the staff suddenly entered the room without knocking even though it was still 10:30 and it hadn't been checked out yet. Instead of closing the door and waiting to apologize, the staff immediately ran away.

Extend because I'm still tired, the main thing is it's comfortable and the location is strategic

The extra bed was as thin as tempeh. My tired boy wanted to rest a long time ago. He thought the mattress (extra bed) was thick, even though it was made of cork, but it turned out to be anything but. The mattress was so thin that when you used it, your back felt like it was on the floor. The cleanliness of the hotel area was very poor. There was no trash can outside the room area, so if you threw anything away, you had to go to the room. There was one trash can on the balcony (far away). The kitchen area was very dirty. During my 2-night stay there, the kitchen area for guests was messy and not properly disposed of. There were many dirty plates and glasses in the sink for 2 days without being washed.

A mainstay almost every month for office trip business

Every time I'm on duty in Sidoarjo, Chiaro Hotel is the best choice. Actually, the room, especially the bed, is very comfortable. Maybe because it's quiet, it's a bit less well maintained in some parts... but for me, it's safe and comfortable enough to rest after a day's work. Thanks Chiaro, I'll stay again next time.

The hotel is located in the city center near Sidoarjo's town square. The rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful.

several times staying at this hotel because the location is in the city, the mattress & pillows are comfortable to support a good night's sleep. The room & room facilities are quite adequate, it just needs rejuvenation for the wall paint, some parts are peeling, and also the wallpaper for the built-in wardrobe needs to be renewed so that the room looks fresher, the wifi is sometimes difficult to connect to the TV in the room 🙏👍

Toothbrush & toothpaste. AC & toilet seat function well. There are no breakfast facilities or restaurants in the hotel. Around the hotel There are Indomart & Alfamart which can be reached on foot. Close to Christian and Catholic churches for those looking for a place of worship. There is a special prayer place in the hotel. Parking for 3-4 cars. Quite comfortable with the price offered.

The room is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is also clean, the AC is cold, there is a sink in the bathroom, the water is smooth, the towels are also fragrant 🌷 the atmosphere is calm and not noisy, the guard plays murottal and during the dawn call to prayer there is a loudspeaker for the call to prayer 🩷. Oh yes, this is a sharia homestay, so guests of the opposite sex must show an ID card with the same address/marriage certificate. Really like it, recommended for those looking for a place to stay in Sidoarjo city 👍🏻.
