Marlyn Hotel BSD is very convenient for activities in the BSD/Serpong area. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay. Access to nearby restaurants and malls is also easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great choice for a budget-friendly short getaway!

Friendly, clean & needs to be improved further

The basement parking lot has no elevator; you have to use the stairs, which is impractical. The basement parking area is smelly and dirty. The rooms have no windows, making them very stuffy. The air conditioning isn't cold.

This was my first time. I stayed for two days once. The room was clean, and the restaurant was delicious. However, there were a lot of mice crawling around in the ceiling, making it quite noisy. It was quite a shock for my first time.

The staff was friendly and informative, check-out was easy, and the breakfast was quite good. It's worth the price. Definitely recommended.
