Overall, it was actually good, but check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but by 3:30 PM it still wasn't ready.

The hotel was clean, with a kids' pool, but the bathroom was incredibly cramped. It was already small, and it had a bathtub. It would have been better to skip it. The food was varied, though almost always bland, but overall, it was all good, and the prices were quite reasonable. Hopefully, the food can be improved.

The more comfortable atmosphere made me nostalgic for seven years ago, when the hotel was called GGi. The atmosphere is still the same, comfortable, and peaceful, and the service is very satisfying.

Surprisingly a very good hotel! Shout out to Ms. Chika, Ms. Selvi, and Mr. Indra for their friendliness and amazing personality!! Definitely will come back again to stay here.

Very good. When there were any issues, all the staff worked quickly and provided comfort, so even a long wait was not a problem. Thank you Aglow Hotel. Next time I go to Batam again, I will definitely stay here.

The first time I entered the room there was a big dead fly on the floor, at night there were still big flies flying around. Please maintain cleanliness, because flies are very annoying.

The 6th floor is closed to the general public. You can only go up to the 5th floor. Overall, everything is okay. There are just too many outside guests walking around the 6th floor.
