This is my second time I stay at Hotel Villa Lumbung, and as well as my 1st stay, they gave me early check-in and upgraded my room. And I gave 9.5 for the service, and the women at the front desk are so nice. Thanks, Ibu Ayu (I forget her name).

All the staff is very kind and helpful.

The impression is all cold. Cold pool water, cold and small bathroom water. Hot water only comes out on the first day. AC room is also super cold.

The waiters are good, the rooms are spacious and indeed a bit quiet due to the pandemic, but overall they are good and can make further recommendations.
