The rooms are comfortable, check-in is quick, the air conditioning is cool, and there's hot water for showers. The floating market is just a short walk away, as the hotel is located in the city center.

Parking is a bit difficult but calm down must be helped by the hotel. The room is a bit cramped.

There's only one elevator and it stinks, the bathroom is dirty, and they like to prank people by leaving non-free water bottles next to the bed. For that price, there are many better hotels.

The room was itchy, there were mites on the mattress, the sheets were dirty… The staff who were informed also responded only half-heartedly… The location was a win, but for everything else, it wasn't really.

The room is minimalist and fragrant, the only minus is the bathroom door handle is a bit loose and sometimes comes off by itself when you want to open the door, also the glass near the television, I suggest replacing it with a glass made of glass so it doesn't rust easily.
