The room didn't match the photo. It was much smaller and dirty. There was poor lighting. The bed was hard.

As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by a bad smell, the cupboards and tables were dirty and unkempt, and there were worms and insects in the bathroom.

Overall good but the bathroom could be cleaned a bit.

The room we were staying in was dirty, the AC wasn't cold, and it smelled musty. And it wasn't just one room, it was all three.

The location is excellent, but the cleanliness is very lacking.

You get 2 bottles of water, 2 towels, and 1 bar of soap. The location is quite strategic and easily accessible by GrabCar because it's on the side of a main road. The bathroom's cleanliness could be improved. Parking is quite spacious. The design resembles an old building, like a joglo. In the room, there's a TV that can stream YouTube, but no Netflix (if you're looking for it). The AC is quite cold, but it might be time for another service.

dirty as if not maintained, towels and sheets are very shabby, very different from the appearance of the room in the photo when booking, it is highly not recommended to stay here

check in > trying to sleep > failed > check out. all of them happened in 20 minutes.

The room uses GRC instead of walls, so if someone coughs or talks in the next room, it can be heard in the room we are staying in. The bathroom is dirty, the towels are black, the blanket has lots of stains and smells musty. The AC is not cold enough, the door to the room can also be seen if you peek from the outside. The window curtains are the same, dirty and have never been washed.

The staff is very friendly, and you can get a free upgrade while it's still available. Parking is quite limited. The room is quite clean and tidy, and the amenities are as described.

Near the red bridge, integrated with Bunaaca, strategic location, the ambiance is very Jogja, the TV is already a smart TV so you can log in to YouTube, you get 1 soap, 2 towels, and 2 drinking water. There is a price for quality, the air is not scary at all compared to other hotels in Jogja with the same price. It looks quite neglected because there are lots of cobwebs in the corners, but it's okay for an impromptu stopover. The room is according to the photo, but the cleanliness is very lacking and looks rarely maintained.

Moved to another hotel without any clarity, and the replacement hotel is not suitable for accommodation with prices equivalent to a 3-star hotel.

Very easy check in and check out. In the same building as Bunaaca so you can snack on donuts if you're hungry. Near the red bridge, close to Mie Gacoan if you're hungry in the middle of the night. You only get 2 towels and 1 soap. The room might be rarely filled because there are lots of cobwebs... in the corners of the room, the corners of the room, and on the tables too.... But for the TV you can watch Netflix and YouTube, so it's okay. The pillows are really slumpy, like sleeping on a parent's hope for their youngest child ~~ none. The mattress and pillows are quite stained too
