The hotel staff is friendly. Only the facilities are not worth the price. Choose 2 superior rooms during Eid. So, even though it is lower class, the price is around one million. The rooms are in a side building. Lots of caterpillars on the road. Got rooms 138 and 140. The shower and bidet need to be replaced, because they leak everywhere. The water flow is small, for a resort class hotel, the bathroom facilities are like those of a 200-plus inn. The room floor is still full of gecko droppings. Worst of all, the towels were used by cats. Why didn't they check first, even though they smelled of urine. The AC is cold. Food facilities are not worth the price. Restaurant hours are 7:00-10:00, but at 7:30 the food wasn't ready yet. The food is minimal in variety, just a buffet, untoasted bread and bottled jam, two types of cereal in jars with cheap milk, omelets, watermelon, chocolate pudding, tea, coffee, guava juice, melon juice (the juice is delicious), and water. The only plus point is that it is right by the beach and the swimming pool with a nice view. If you want to stay here, don't book a superior room, at least a deluxe one. But please improve the variety and taste of the food.

Beautiful hotel with a great location and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was also delicious and enjoyable. The only downside was that the bathroom in the room was not very clean, and the sand at the private beach could be better maintained. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

The last batch of food was completely gone, with the excuse that the gas was gone, the rice was gone, and even the spoons were gone. I've spoken to the service staff but there's been no follow-up. The room's cleanliness is lacking, and the hot shower doesn't work. I've complained to reception twice but there's been no follow-up. The room phone can't reach reception.

I stayed at the executive cottage for one night. The air conditioning wasn't cool enough, the room wasn't very clean, with spider webs in several corners, and the shower faucet needed repair.

It was a bit uncomfortable on the bed which was slightly tilted on one side. The shower was faulty. Otherwise it was okay. Maybe next time I'll choose another room.

There were no major issues during our stay. The staff wasn't overly pushy, just reminded us about checkout. The food was good and varied. The beachfront is easily accessible.

The location is strategic, close to the beach and a nice swimming pool. However, the road to the rooms is not well maintained, many of the facilities are not well maintained, the hotel lacks renovation (shabby), and the bathrooms smell bad.

The resort is very spacious but at night it is very dark in the area in front of the superior rooms leading to the pool there are no lights

The AC fan cannot be adjusted to a low level so my child caught a cold and vomited, and the window curtains are not good enough to completely block out light from outside.

the hotel is overall ok. quite pleasant to stay here because it can directly access Bandengan beach. for the pool is actually quite good but the water is not clear. for the bathroom towels maybe can be replaced because the material is not very absorbent, not like in hotels as usual. next time will come back here again.
