The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, as there's a lot of dust stuck to it. I got a room with a toilet that couldn't be flushed. I didn't want to get angry, so I asked for a bucket and ladle instead. The Wi-Fi was down, and the staff said it had been down for two days. In the morning, I saw a snake in the fish pond near the balcony. Please check it out, as I'm afraid it might hurt a guest. Please improve, especially the room cleanliness.

Stayed 1 Night here with family, the atmosphere is cool, calm, cool.. suitable for resting and enjoying the fresh natural atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city... I ordered a family bungalow type with 2 beds, the main toilet on the ground floor and 1 bed and 1 toilet on the upper floor.. the breakfast menu is quite good, I was given a 4-pack because it was included.. and delivered by the hotel staff to the room.... just put the fish pond water in, it's cloudy and mossy too, it needs to be changed and cleaned regularly.. on the upper balcony there are lots of spider webs from the thick branches of the tree leaves so they start to spread to the balcony, maybe you need to clean the tree leaves regularly if they start to get thick, and the soap bottle is very difficult to open.. even asking for help from my husband and father, it still can't be opened.. even using a knife is very difficult.. but overall staying here is still okay👍
