Room 302 is very spacious, but it smells like food when you enter. The AC is a bit noisy, and the water heater takes a long time to heat up. But overall, it's pretty good.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. All the staff and security were friendly, and the hotel atmosphere was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Thank you for all the excellent service and facilities provided by the Bintang Redannte Hotel to me and my family. Next time I visit Garut, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The security and front desk were friendly. The location is also secure. However, the AC in our room broke down, and we had to call the front desk twice before a technician arrived. Fortunately, it turned back on after about 30 minutes. Breakfast was a bit slow. The room was average. The room on the 4th floor, facing the street, wasn't soundproof at all, but the view was great.
