Spacious parking lot, upon check-in, you'll be greeted warmly by staff in batik. The Junior Suite Twin room was comfortable, but there was a clump of guest hair on the floor that hadn't been swept or vacuumed. The bathroom was clean, but the shower floor corner was mossy. It's a shame if the staff doesn't follow company SOPs, a luxury hotel will have a bad impression. The breakfast menu is varied, and the delicious meatball soup is the menu of the day for guests, including me.

Prima Hotel is highly recommended, with a variety of pools from children to adults🥰

Recommendations for staying with family

Have stayed here several times for business, now the wi-fi is fixed so it's quite good in the room. The food is varied and there are quite a lot of menus too. The receptionist is friendly and helpful when checking in.

If in the morning the floor of the room is damp and wet, as if it has just been mopped, according to the receptionist, it is because the AC temperature has been increased too drastically, it should be done gradually.🙏

There needs to be a room renovation to make it brighter. And the bathroom if necessary without a bathtub to make it more spacious.

The hotel view is very nice and the staff is friendly.

Luxurious hotel but affordable, close to the city center. Suitable for culinary. The breakfast is varied and tastes good. Will come back again if I go to Cirebon FOR SURE.

The room size is quite big, maybe because the hotel is quite old. It would be better if the hotel did some renovation or refreshment to the room units.
