Nice and good hotel, according to the best price

The hotel is good, clean, the staff are friendly, close to the city center, in short, I recommend it if you go to Cirebon.

My two-night stay at Hotel Prima during my visit to Cirebon was initially less than pleasant during the Traveloka booking process. After booking the room and making payment, the voucher suddenly failed to issue. This continued for three transactions, and I was finally refunded. After that, I tried booking daily and was successful, but with a different room type. So, I had to move rooms the second day, but the superior room was actually better than the deluxe one. Although it lacked a bathtub, the interior had been upgraded. The hotel service was excellent, with all the staff friendly. Amazingly, on the second day, during breakfast, the room was cleaned and the toilet bowl was replaced by HK, even though I wanted to have a coffee. After breakfast, I went up to my room and was surprised to find it tidy again 😮. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty, although a bit salty the first day, but it was delicious the second day 👍🏻. The hotel's location is very strategic, walking distance from the station, and next to it is Jl. M Toha, which is bustling with culinary activities every night. Overall, Hotel Prima Cirebon is very good and I would be happy to stay there again if I visit Cirebon again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of menu options, and the kids loved staying here. I'll definitely stay here again on my next vacation.

The location is in the city center, close to restaurants near the hotel. The food is delicious and there's a wide variety. The hotel staff is friendly.

Both are part of the 'Prima' group, but they're very different from the Prima in Kuningan. The one in Cirebon is more decent. The breakfast is also delicious.

The hotel may be old, but it's well-maintained. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The food is plentiful and delicious. Parking is spacious and ample. This could be a great alternative for a family vacation.

Very happy to stay at Prima Hotel

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed at Prima. When I go to Cirebon, I always stay here with my family. The staff is friendly. This time I chose the Deluxe Twin type, 302. It was at the end of the hallway, so the walls of the room were damp and cracked. Maybe it could be repaired. But overall, everything was quite good as usual. Thanks Prima Hotel.

The room leaks when it rains heavily, man.. The proposed book is wide open again.. 😂.. But never mind.. Oh yeah.. The bathroom door can't be closed tightly..

Strategic location, close to the station, close to culinary attractions, and affordable prices. Most importantly, preventative maintenance needs to be improved, as the room we stayed in was undergoing maintenance. Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the parking lot was spacious.

Price worth the money but somehow in our room have sound of some engine that didn't stop until midnight, so very disturbing our resting time. At first, I thought it was the room next door who made the noise, after I check it was not. It was only a night stay, so I didn't bother to change the room, just deal with it.

Even old hotel, but everything in proper. The breakfast also food. Internet (Wifi) also good. Maybe the television need to improve (very limited channel, and TV it’s self need to be changed), bathroom also should be improved. Nice to stay here, thanks to friendly and helpful staff.

The sound from the lounge could be heard all the way to the second floor rooms until midnight.
