The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful when we checked in here.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room amenities were standard, with no water heater. I'm a non-smoker but was given a smoking room. I couldn't change rooms because they said the non-smoking rooms were full. So, the lingering smell of cigarettes lingered in the room. Parking was inadequate; at night, I was told to park on the side of the road. At 6 a.m., I was woken up by security to move my car.

The hotel is reasonably priced but the amenities are minimal, I wish the staff were friendlier in welcoming guests.

Comfortable place, secure parking, friendly staff, easy to find food until midnight. There are also plenty of minimarkets. It was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back if I have work in Bandar Lampung again.

Located in the middle of the city. Many restaurants around. There is a Burger King that is open 24 hours. Sunday there is a car free day in front of the hotel.
