My stay at the Grand Sari Hotel was a mixed experience. Check-in felt a bit impractical due to the lack of family rooms, and the deposit policy was also quite inconvenient. The restaurant food was mediocre, and the staff seemed unfriendly with a lack of smiles. The receptionist's service could also be improved to be more welcoming. On the other hand, the room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom had a slight odor. Overall, my stay was quite good, but there are a few things that could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable and satisfied.
