Even though check-in took a long time because the room wasn't ready, overall it was ok, the food was delicious, the shower was strong and the sleep was comfortable even though there was a slight problem with the AC which was leaking but after calling they responded quickly.

For the swimming pool... there is no staff on duty to supervise it, towels are limited... so you have to bring towels from your room.

The AC had trouble several times, but there was an attempt to service it, unfortunately the AC wasn't cold. We left our bags behind, unfortunately they didn't call us right away. We only remembered the next day, after confirming with the hotel, that it was available. Just so you know, in other hotels of the same class, before leaving, guests were told to wait after a safety report from housekeeping to the lobby. Anyway, we are grateful that even though there was a problem, it was well served. Always successful.

Please add more towels and mops for the bathroom so the whole room doesn't get wet, it's not enough for the cleanliness of the room.

The location is quite far from the city center, only near Malang Kota Lama Station, the parking lot is full, waiting for check-in can take up to 2 hours, the room is also a bit smelly, don't have too many expectations from this hotel even though it is a 4 star, I actually recommend Ascent which is the other one near the center of Malang City.

My husband and I were on vacation in Malang and found this hotel through TikTok. The staff, from security to reception, were friendly. The location was strategic. The breakfast options weren't extensive, but perhaps they could be improved. I had a room on the first floor. The room smelled nice and was clean, but some amenities weren't working. First, the TV remote control didn't work (as a result, every time I wanted to change channels, I had to replace the AC batteries, and every time I turned the AC up or down, I had to replace the batteries again). Second, the handle on the sink came off when I used it. Those were the only drawbacks I encountered while staying here. Perhaps they could be improved. Best of luck!
