But it was still not cold, finally we asked to be moved and thankfully there was another room available, with cold AC. However, the TV is not yet a smart TV, still an old-fashioned satellite TV. The cleanliness and fragrance of the room are also not optimal. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also not up to the level of a 4-star hotel. One of the male receptionists had bad manners, but the female ones were all nice. The restaurant is clean, but the food variety is very minimal, only 1 side dish of fried fish, no other variations, for a 4-star hotel, even when asking for instant noodles, they only gave half of an instant noodle from 1 pack. Hopefully this hotel can improve its service and quality to a 4-star class.
