Recommended places to go with family. Very strategic location and easy to park a car. The foods are delicious and so many options. Hope can stay in here again someday.

The TV in the room should be upgraded, at least 42 inches.

The physical condition of the hotel is extraordinary, even though some spots are damaged. But the facilities are good.

Room 316, although located in the middle, is closed by a wall on the left, so the pool view is not optimal.

It was a pleasant experience staying here, the facilities are complete, breakfast with a varied menu, unfortunately the room I got had a TV that wasn't a smart TV.

Nice room, delicious food, very friendly staff. There was an incident during breakfast, I broke a bottle of herbal medicine because it was slippery when I wanted to pour the herbal medicine. I immediately reported it to the supervisor and was willing to replace it. It turned out that they decided not to ask for compensation, instead they said it was a material for evaluation of their service, next time it would be anticipated so that similar incidents would not happen again. Good! Very humane in handling consumer cases.
