Strategic location, spacious parking area, elevator, helpful and responsive staff. Overall, OK, not bad.

The staff didn't help me lift my suitcase to the room, the service needs to be improved.

The bathroom smells and the tiles are very slippery and there is no wifi. Maybe if it's just for sleeping, it's okay for this price.

It's nice here, the prices are cheap and the service is great, strategically located everywhere.

The electricity went out twice at 2 and 4 am, but it's still okay just for sleeping.

The hotel is nice, pretty good for a budget hotel. The AC is cold, the hot water works, and the room is clean. The only downside is that they provide toothbrushes, and the bathroom isn't sparkling clean (probably because it's an old hotel). So far, so good.

When I booked a standard room, it smelled of cigarettes so I had to move to another room for extra money.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the hot water worked well, and the room was neat and clean. I felt quite comfortable staying here for two nights.

During my stay, it was comfortable, quiet, and close to food stalls. Unfortunately, the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working. When I wanted to take a shower in the morning, the water was very cold.

Stayed 2 nights to accompany my husband on the Bandung Ultra Trail, just choose the cheap one, because I was alone in the room, for that price, thank God it was quite good, the price didn't make you choke, the food was decent even though it had no taste, you can't take it away, but you get breakfast, close to city access, on the roadside, for those on a tight budget I recommend it, and the parking is spacious.

The room was noisy and not soundproof, and there were no hangers in either the room or the toilet. The bathroom was shabby.

It's good, please maintain the friendliness and cleanliness in the hotel environment.
