The hotel staff is friendly and quick in providing service.

It's located close to the city center, directly across from Manado's largest mall. It's a budget hotel perfect for a long stay, haha 🤗

Everything was spacious and nice for the price. The hot water worked well, but the drain was clogged... Coffee and other amenities were not provided. Only toothbrushes and bottled water, haha. Anyway, it is the best value for money. It is right in front of Mantos Mall, so it is convenient when you are bored or hungry, or when calling a ride.

The service of all staff is good and friendly, only the building and furniture, especially in the room and bathroom area, need rejuvenation.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the room's AC wasn't cold even though I had asked to move rooms twice but the AC still wasn't cold, the bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty with stains and the pillows were very hard, and no slippers were provided.

The hotel staff was friendly, but I found the room to be a bit uncomfortable, especially the bed. This is my second time staying here, and the bed wasn't like this. The sheets looked dirty, filthy, and there were ants. I woke up in the morning covered in hives.

Location close to mall, good road access

The bathroom lock was broken and wouldn't close properly. The table was covered in ants, seemingly from nowhere, even though we didn't store food on it. The sheets and pillowcases smelled musty.

It's quite comfortable, and for the price, it's very reasonable. The hotel staff is also friendly.

The AC wasn't cold at all, the shower water was cold, and the room card always required a Rp 100,000 deposit for each room. Booking three rooms resulted in a Rp 300,000 deposit, which isn't the case in other hotels.
