Dirty room due to renovation & lack of anticipation to keep dust from dirtying the room, poor communication between staff so we had to wait 2 hours to check in...

The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and it's really T.O.P.

first thow rooms key didn't work . then they manages to open the door. bed sheets had spots, food was mostly cold, rice not cooked well, we told it to the employees ..next day still hard not cooked well , so asked the manager to change, third day they punch water to milk which I s Haram in Islam. forth day the watermelons were rotted..

Bagian front office ramah. Bell boy ramah juga. Masuk kamar, kotor banget, meja lengket kayak nggak dibersihkan. Bedcover kena noda jorok banget. Bantal berjamur menjijikkan. Lampu kamar mati 1, kamar mandi lampu mati. Untuk urusan lampu, bedcover, bantal langsung segera diganti oleh petugas. Oke lah. Hanya saja… Mbak2 room service bagian F&B-nya jutek banget kayak nggak niat kerja. Sangat tidak ramah. Pesan makanan, nggak ada “selamat malam selamat pagi selamat siang. Tiba2 dengan mendengus bilang, “mau pesen apa?” Setelah selesai pesan, tanpa mengulang pesanan atau mengucap apa kek, langsung dimatikan. Menyebalkan, tidak tahu sopan santun. Nggak lagi2 deh ke sini! Menyesal. Mana 2 malam lagi.

Overall, it's okay. The only thing I really regret is that the water in the bathroom is very small, and sometimes the water doesn't even flow. Please improve this for the sake of guest satisfaction.

Please don't use chlorine in the pool every day, thank you 🙏 For the friendly staff. Highly recommended for happy children to stay there.

very pleasant, very satisfied, my wife and children, and my mother were also very satisfied staying at the Grand Hotel Aquarium. There was one suggestion, I had 5 people but the breakfast coupon was only 4.

The hotel is close to the west coast, just cross the road and then to the east coast is also not too far.. and you can check in early again.. it's just that for the VIP room type there are still many shortcomings in terms of room facilities, there are no tissues, only rolled tissues in the toilet, the TV is blurry and the TV remote is also broken, the refrigerator is also not good, the electric kettle is a bit broken, the AC is also a bit error.. the cleanliness of the hotel still needs to be improved again.. hopefully in the future it will be better in terms of service and facilities, especially for that price..
