Overall it's quite good because it's accessible by elevator, but it turns out there are no toiletries (soap, toothbrush), and only one towel even though it's for 2 people. I don't understand if that's the standard operating procedure, because as far as I know, 2 people should get 2 towels, but there was only one towel. And I ordered a twin bed and confirmed it over the phone, but when I checked in with the staff, I was given a single bed.

Everything is good, the service is family friendly, but facilities like TV should also be prioritized and checked again, how come we are staying and the TV is not broadcasting.

For the top floor rooms, the signal wasn't very good. The water was very small. So I had to take a shower using a bidet. The staff was very kind and helpful during my stay.

Bednya perlu di ganti udah agak tenggelam dan bunyi-bunyi, sedikit ribut karena sementara renovasi, tapi pelayanannya baik, cuma sedikit perbaikan pada dinding kamar, siaran Tv juga diperbaiki kabel-kabel juga diperbaiki serta AC agak kurang dingin. Kalau bisa cerminnya agak lebar dong untuk di kamar biar terlihat agak mewah gitu.
