The hotel was quite comfortable. The room was very spacious, and actually still had room for a small table. The staff were very friendly, from security, front office, and housekeeping. It was just a shame that I got a room at the end, so the Wi-Fi signal was weak. The room was very clean, but the work chair was a bit uncomfortable and the desk space was a bit small. The location is very close to the airport and not too far from the city center.

Friendly service, simple but spacious rooms, and connecting rooms, making them suitable for families. Food is reasonably priced, yet quite affordable and satisfying.

We have often stayed at the Bangka City Hotel, access is not far from the airport, at night there is the Adox Restaurant and cafe near the hotel.

This hotel is where I always stay while on duty in Bangka Belitung Province. The airport shuttle bus and proximity to the airport make it easy for me to travel there.

The hotel is quite nice and close to the city and places to eat.

In my opinion, the staff at check-in were impatient, repeating the words to pay the deposit.

the location of the hotel is very strategic because it is in the city center and the hotel staff are very friendly and apply polite greetings and smiles during my stay there even serving some of my requests but it is very unfortunate that the comfort of the room feels less because the AC is not cold enough so I went out of the room several times to check the weather but it turned out that the AC was not cold enough, then also in the room I was staying at that time there was a cockroach flying in the room but I tried to understand it because I had time to open the balcony to let the wind come in but still for me cockroaches in the hotel room is something that must be fixed by housekeeping in the future. it was nice to be able to stay at the Bangka city hotel hopefully it will be more successful and empowered and continue to provide pleasant facilities for hotel guests there.

A good stay, a temporary transit to Pangkalpinang Airport. Will definitely book again. We stayed in Room 206.

Getting disturbed in the middle of sleeping and bathing TWICE. First there's this random girl banging on our door nonstop even though I tried my best to ignore her only for her to mistook my room for someone else. Next, the staff came to our room and forcefully opens our room with their own passkey after that while mentioning our room number several times. Like hello?? Please respect my privacy, dont just open my room just because someone told you to. I had to wear my pants in wet condition as soon as I heard someone opened my door with their key :))) Were that my door opened for the 3rd time im going to smash that other guest. Its just a shame that the staff supported some unknown guest to open my room just like that. My privacy was literally at stake there.

There are many things that need to be improved in the hotel facilities, such as the uncomfortable mattress, the small table beside the bed, the dull paint in the hotel room, the room smells of cigarettes, the air conditioner is not cold enough, the shower is small and the hot water takes a long time to come out.
