For the first time staying, it was really cool, the staff was friendly.

This hotel is actually good, but with breakfast which should be a buffet, it has been replaced with 2 choices of fried rice or western food at a price that is much cheaper than no breakfast, in my opinion it's not really okay.

Located on Jalan Laut, close to Bangka's favorite beaches, it's easy to find. The staff is friendly, the menu is varied, and the prices are affordable. The food is also good. Recommended for families, but avoid the upper floors if possible, as there are only manual stairs. 😅

Maybe because I stayed on a weekday, it was very quiet, and the bathroom smelled bad, even in the room.

I don't know how many times I've stayed here, because it's so comfortable. The ambiance is beautiful, cool, and peaceful, you can walk to the park in the morning, and the food is delicious. It's become my family's go-to hotel. 😊

For the bellboys, please be more aware of the guests, don't just stand there without helping to carry the guests' bags or suitcases. The bathroom water is stagnant and when you enter the room it smells a bit bad.. otherwise it's okay

staying here is pleasant but the bellboy staff is not very responsive, guests are only escorted to the elevator and do not help to carry guests' bags or suitcases.. please provide training first. the rest is okay..

Because it was full, we got a twin bed. Even though the note asked for a double bed. Even though we combined it, it was not comfortable to sleep. Wifi is limited to only a few devices in the room. My husband wanted to work using a laptop, so he had to disconnect the others first.

Overall the hotel is okay but the menu in the restaurant needs to be more varied

Friendly buat anak-anak, ada taman depan kamar jadi aman buat anak-anak. Ternyaman di Sungailiat.

Tidak ada petugas untuk mengarahkan tamu ke kamar tujuan, jadi tamu nyari sendiri kamar tujuannya, membuat ribet tamu.

Tidak ada lift, menu sarapan kurang variatif.
