Highly recommended for those who are looking for a good hotel for refreshing, it is very suitable.

So dirty!! Booked 2 connecting rooms. Under the floor there are lots of used plastic bottles, tissue papers and also some other kinds of trash, lots of dust, the floor is always sticky, there are cockroaches on the gong plus breakfast tickets from the 14th. It's already April 18-19, we stayed. The headlights are out in 2 rooms, there are no doormats. Because we were annoyed, we cleaned up ourselves. The cleaning service took a long time to come, NOT WORTH THE PRICE😅. Breakfast with the hotel name is not appropriate, not tasty, porridge is not refilled. Waiting for check in is very long. On the bed there are lots of stains, all over, my child cried all night because it was uncomfortable😭, instead of a vacation, it made myself miserable :(

This hotel boasts a million-dollar view, especially at sunrise. Unfortunately, the expansive space and intense competition have led to room maintenance being neglected. The receptionist said some rooms are available for upgrades, but those of us who booked online don't know how to get them.

The view was great. The service was great. The breakfast was great. However, the connecting door in the hotel room reduced the soundproofing. As a result, noise from the next room could be heard and disrupted our rest, making it less comfortable. Otherwise, it was fine.

It only takes 15 minutes to get to Sungai Liat City. For rooms like the old building, we took the villa, but it was nice. From the room to the beach, it was like a private beach. The POV of the beach pool room was cool.

The service was good and friendly, the facilities were good, and the rooms were clean. My kids loved it. Unfortunately, the pool had too much chlorine, which made my hair stiff for days. 😅 Otherwise, I highly recommend it...

Got villa room 16. Wi-Fi is not available from the room. The AC is hot, honestly the kids and husband didn't sleep well because of the heat, the coldest setting was 18 degrees with the fan at maximum but it was still hot. Please help, the AC is old and needs a new one. I chatted with the admin via WhatsApp to ask for the restaurant menu around 5 pm, but there was no reply or response, so I finally left the hotel to look for dinner.

The resort is located at a super beautiful white sand beach perfect for swimming! The garden is also beautiful and well kept. The swimming pool is okay, but does not have any stairs to go in or out. The breakfast buffet is okay. But the restaurant food is not good and quite pricy. The Spaghetti Aglio Olio is a Marinara (seafood) and the Carbonara comes as a creamy mushroom, a totally different meal. The staff is not well trained and don’t have product knowledge (I speak Indonesian).

The atmosphere is suitable for a holiday with family

Decades ago I came here and really liked the hotel. I thought by now it would be old and poorly maintained, but it turns out it’s still the best resort in Sungailiat. The beach is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. It may be old, but it’s still well maintained. Highly recommended for families.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the view is nice, the location is still okay from the city, not too far. The room can be a garden view, 2 room 122, as soon as I entered I saw the ceramic tiles were broken, I was really worried about the children's feet. Entering the room, it was okay, it was still good, only there was a lot of sand on the floor and the sheets were not sure if they were replaced or not because they looked crumpled, when I opened the bathroom it should be renovated, the ceramic tiles were broken, the toilet was dirty, there was a lot of sand maybe because a lot of people played in the sea, the hot water was working well. Hopefully with the criticism received, it can be improved and in the future it will be better because it's a shame that you have a really nice beach view which could be an added value, the food is okay, but there is no egg station. The view is nice, the pool is nice but maybe it has too much chlorine, the room is nice even though there are small animals.

The staff is friendly and kind. Yesterday, while I was on holiday, I forgot my laptop charger and was able to charge it at the restaurant.

Late check-in, the room was ready. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Toilet amenities were available, and mineral water was also available. However, the refrigerator wasn't ready to use. The location is very close to the beach so you can go there anytime. The breakfast variety was quite good considering we were fasting. The herbal drink was delicious, with just the right consistency. The highlight was the tekwan (fried fish). Wow, the fish meat was tender, and the broth was savory and fragrant. The main course was also quite good. Suggestions for a brighter TV display.

Check-in service was beyond expectations. The scheduled time was 2:00 PM, but because the room wasn't ready, we had to wait until 3:30 PM. Room service was also very slow, and bathroom towels had to wait until 6:30 PM to be delivered. Hopefully, the resort will improve in the future. It's a shame your good name is being noticed.
