Please check the bed cover before the customer enters, because I got blood stains, 🙏. And for breakfast, it's better to have it delivered because if you pick it up yourself, sometimes you don't get it. Thank you

The room is quite comfortable, cleanliness needs to be improved because it smells like dust or musty smell in the room. Standard food is no problem, the problem is that it tastes bland and sorry it's not delicious. Overall, for that price, I give it a score of 5.5 out of 10.

Friendly staff and very beautiful atmosphere

Good experience, we booked a family room, got a living room with sofa and dining table, wifi, and two bedrooms with queen size beds in the main room and double beds (top and bottom beds), spacious and clean bathroom, shower, toilet, and sink function well, adequate amenities kit is provided, the water is very smooth and strong. Friendly service, free coffee and tea during the stay and free Aqua once. The price is very appropriate with the service received, low budget and worth it.

Kamar banyak sarang laba-laba, dan 5 hari nginep kamar gak pernah dibersihkan, handuk dan seprei juga gak pernah diganti.

Kecewa. Pake banget, kamar berdebu, begitu masuk kamar langsung terasa gatal-gatal, banyak sarang laba-laba dan semut hitam gede-gede, di lantai serasa nginjak pasir, gak ada sandal lagi, lampu redup sekali sampai beli bohlam sendiri untuk ganti lampu, tirai jendela gak rapat sehingga terlihat dari luar, sabun mandi seperti sabun untuk cuci tangan, air mandi panasnya lama. Tidak ada fasilitas air mineral dan pemanas air di kamar, sarapannya minimalis banget dengan nasi goreng yang lengket dan 1 telur dadar dibagi 4. Nginep selama 5 hari tidak ada yang bersihkan kamar, alat mandi, handuk dan sprei juga gak diganti. Pesan type deluxe fasilitasnya sama dengan type superior.

Facilities are very lacking, TV has no broadcasts, no bath soap (maybe forgot to add) lots of ants in the room. 🙈.

Peaceful place, fits for those who are leaving hectic work for a while. Nice for couples as well as family.

It's quite expensive for very standard facilities. No breakfast even though our reservation was including breakfast. I think the place is not well maintained since pandemic hit.
