Luckily, the hotel staff was very kind and responsive. After moving, we discovered there were no slippers or doormats. We reported it to the staff again, and they immediately took care of it. The swimming pool was dirty.

Breakfast was at 7:30, but the menu was almost finished and they wouldn't refill it unless asked. Even when refilled, they only gave a little. The management was very disappointed.
