Towels need to be replaced with cotton ones. The existing towels make it difficult to distinguish between clean and dirty ones.

I booked an executive king room, but it was very small and not very clean. The walls were dirty, and the previous guest's trash was still there, seemingly unscrubbed. However, the staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was excellent.

Overall it's good, but there is no coordination between the night shift and the morning shift if there is a continuation of the room reservation for the next day so that the previous deposit is not recognized as an existing deposit (there is proof of deposit) with the reason of asking the hotel staff who only deal with the morning shift and the night staff still asks for another deposit or the customer leaves an ID card, so it is very ineffective for service.

The room smells of massage oil, ordered food and the change was not returned

The hotel location is very strategic, close to restaurants and many choices of places to eat, the rooms and toilets are clean and the breakfast menu is delicious and varied. The hotel staff are also friendly and very helpful.
