It's nice here, but the AC isn't cold. For a large family room, the AC capacity is small so it's not cold. I immediately asked for a change, but I was still given a room with AC that wasn't cold. It's really uncomfortable.

The location bypasses traffic jams. The parking lot is super crowded, and entering the hotel requires a muddy walk due to the rain. The receptionist is unprofessional, also manning the food stall even while serving guests. There are no non-smoking rooms. Due to the crowds, the towels are not ready and damp. Breakfast is like a communal kitchen, with insufficient plates and glasses, and no food on hand. Suggestion for hotels: Serve according to your capacity.

The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom was clogged, there was no tolerance whatsoever, asking for help to bring drinks upstairs was not possible, even though they had to pay straight away, even though they asked for a deposit, they only gave me 1 room key, so even if I left the room for a moment, all the electricity had to be turned off, the room took a long time to cool down, breakfast wasn't good

Parking is cramped, security is poor. Even if you're busy smoking, parking is difficult to manage. The AC isn't cold. There are lots of cockroaches in the hotel lobby.

Please improve the administrative services. Check-in takes a long time, and checkout takes a long time. If the SOP is causing the delay, perhaps it could be reviewed to streamline it. If the staff are slow, please provide them with further training to make it faster and more efficient. Sorry, the AC isn't cooling either.
