The breakfast was quite good but the AC wasn't cold enough.

Stayed here because of the Sumatra blackout. Booked two rooms because we were a family. The first room had no problems, just dusty. The second room was hot because the AC was not working and the lights went out due to electrical problems when the generator was on or off. Both rooms had no windows because we booked standard rooms. No shampoo was provided, so you had to buy or bring your own. The receptionist was friendly and responsive when we reported the electrical problem in the second room. The hot water was not working.

I stayed here because the power was out and it was close to home. The generator kept going out repeatedly, and I don't know how strong it was. But there were two prolonged outages during my stay, and it went on and off more than 10 times. Staying in a hotel meant avoiding power outages, but it ended up being the same.

The service is good, the rooms are also good and not far from the city center

The room was soundproof, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was friendly. The toaster was broken, so I was a little disappointed when I wanted to have breakfast.

The standard room bed was extremely uncomfortable. The water smelled of metal, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the food was incredibly salty.

There was no security when we arrived very late, only the receptionist, the water in the bathroom was a bit smelly, the shower might need to be updated, the bathroom was a bit cramped for the superior type, the bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel staff are friendly in serving guests, but perhaps in the future, more car parking slots need to be added.

first time there and didn't feel comfortable, lots of women selling themselves, noisy and stuffy rooms
