Not clean and the service is not satisfactory, it doesn't match the price

Nice, spacious and comfortable and affordable.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and fragrant.

Very strategic location in the center of Chinatown, food court, culinary food nearby, mall nearby.

The hotel staff is very friendly from the past until now it has not changed. Both the receptionist and the security guard here. Enjoyed staying here.

I've stayed here several times and the hotel is always recommended. So every time I go to Batam, I stay here.

Dapat kamar ac gak dingin. Air panas gak aktif. Semoga lebih diperhatikan lagi. Padahal untuk lokasi sudah sangat strategis.

Cukup pertama dan terakhir nginep di hotel ini. Alasan utama adalah hotel ada tempat hiburan malam dan suara dentuman musik sangat terdengar jelas dan memganggu tidur. Berasa tidur di sebelah panggung musik orgentunggal. Jadi saya saranin gak usah pilih hotel ini jika ingin istirahat.

The rooms are okay, big but the bad thing is that the rooms are not soundproof, the voices of people in front of the room can be heard really clearly, in the hotel building there is a club and a karaoke place which can be heard clearly which makes us feel like we are at a celebration. The sound of the club can be heard in the room all night which would not be possible. make you sleep. This is the first time I've found a hotel that feels like I'm at a celebration.

A very nice hotel, my wife and kids very like it, clean, comfortable.

Can't sleep all night, the sound of the pub can be crazy staying here. I can imagine the sound of people singing all night and the bass is very loud, my goodness.

Rest was disturbed due to the sound of booming music being heard in the room, time had to be limited and there was a commotion.

Reception was excellent. But gets pretty noisy in the morning. The shops downstairs has many activities. If you sleep till afternoon. Then maybe kot advisable stay there.

The room is clean, the AC is very cold, there is warm water.

To be honest, I'm the only local Batam resident who happens to be on holiday tired at home because there's an event, so I finally book a hotel with the intention of just taking a nap. It's just how come the officer's glance looks weird like that, I don't have a bag/luggage with me. Well, the point is, thanks for being able to take a nap alone there. Overall, the hotel is okay, the hallways look old (had triumphed in the past), the rooms are brightly lit, there are chairs too. But no ventilation or windows at all.
