Strategic location, comfortable room although old hotel

Currently participating in a West Java swimming competition. The room is okay, and you can check in for another half day because the competition isn't over yet. Flexible hours are from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Located in downtown Depok, close to restaurants, malls, and ample parking. The hotel is old but quite comfortable, and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is fast. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The central AC isn't cooling, the sink is stuck, and the bathtub is broken, preventing the water from filling. Please fix this. Thank you.

The room size is quite big but the building is old and the interior is old and looks worn out

The atmosphere is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, just in need of some freshening up, like repainting (the walls and ceiling), and perhaps adding a smart TV to make it more appealing.

Nice experience staying in Bumi Wiyata Hotel with the family. Ambiance/Facilities: Although it looks quite old, all the facilities are working very well. Food: The breakfast food and beverages were delicious. Staff Assistance: All the staff assistants were helpful and kind. Highlights: The Wi-Fi access was stable and fast. Price: The price was worth it for the facilities and location. Location: The location is excellent, near to main city and public area, also close to toll access.

The towel/bath towel is like a doormat, it's already torn.

The room was hot and the aircon wasn’t working, had to open window at the end. That mean I couldn’t sleep…..

Despite being an older hotel, the service was good. I had a problem with the lights suddenly going out in my room in the middle of the night. The management team responded quickly and resolved the issue.

The spacious rooms allow children to play freely, while amenities like TVs with children's channels and free Wi-Fi will keep them entertained. The hotel staff is very friendly, and check-in and check-out are very easy.

The hotel is really old. But the most disturbing thing is, people expect a lot from ⭐ but the breakfast menu choices are monotonous and there are not many choices. Three times I had breakfast at this hotel, I only had fruit, the kids had porridge and rice noodles. It was really disappointing, please improve the breakfast menu, thank you.
